The Auckland Genomics Centre offers a wide range of DNA/RNA sequencing and microarray services.
Sanger, Illumina (MiSeq, NextSeq), Nanopore and Affymetrix services are available, as well as a suite of accessory equipment for nucleic acid preparation, quantitation, and quality assessment.
To arrange these services, click on the "Projects and Services" tab and submit information about your samples/project.

For NGS projects(Illumina, nanopore, single cell RNA seq, etc) please contact Auckland Genomics by email to obtain a quote for your project. genomics@auckland.ac.nz
